Effective August 1, 2026
The short version: digital downloads are final (you get the exact files instantly), the workshop is refundable until two weeks out, coaching is refundable before we start, and editing work is invoiced only after we've agreed on scope. When something's genuinely wrong, email me and I'll make it right.
Digital products (presets, guides)
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales of digital products are final. If you're having install or compatibility trouble, email me — I'll personally help you get set up, and the pack includes a step-by-step install guide for desktop and mobile.
The workshop
- 14 or more days before the workshop date: full refund, no questions.
- Inside 14 days: seats are limited to ten and held for you, so no cash refund — but you may transfer your seat to another photographer or apply the full amount as credit to a future workshop or any AKS Education product.
- If I cancel or reschedule the workshop, you choose: full refund or a seat at the new date.
Coaching
- Before your first session: full refund minus payment-processing fees.
- After coaching begins: fees are non-refundable, but unused sessions can be rescheduled freely with 24 hours' notice.
- Missed sessions without notice count as used. Life happens — talk to me and we'll be reasonable.
Editing services (AKS Post)
Nothing is charged until we've confirmed scope and pricing by email. After delivery, if something doesn't match the agreed scope or your reference style, flag it within 7 days and we'll revise it at no charge. Completed, delivered work that matches the agreed scope is non-refundable.
Booked calls
Discovery and consultation calls are free — cancel or reschedule anytime using the link in your calendar invite.
