Alex Knight Education ("AKS Education," "I," "we") operates learn.alexknightstudio.com, selling digital products, education, and studio services to photographers. By using this site or buying anything on it, you agree to these terms.
Purchases of digital products (including the AKS Unbound Presets preset and profile pack and any downloadable guides) grant you a single-user, non-transferable license for use in your own photography business.
Workshop seats and coaching engagements are for the named purchaser. Session scheduling, rescheduling, and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy. Coaching involves candid business advice based on my experience running my own studio — it is education, not financial, legal, or accounting advice.
Culling and editing work is quoted per project, confirmed by email before work begins, and invoiced as agreed in that confirmation. You retain all rights to your images; you grant us only the access needed to perform the work, and we never use your client files for anything else without written permission.
I teach the pricing, systems, and positioning that built my studio, and I teach them honestly. But your market, your work, and your effort are yours — no revenue or booking outcome is promised or implied, and testimonials describe individual experiences.
Everything on this site — text, photographs, guides, tools, and code — belongs to Alex Knight Education or its licensors. You're welcome to link to and quote briefly from the Journal with attribution; wholesale republishing isn't allowed.
The calculators and builders on this site run in your browser and are provided as-is, free, without warranty. Check important numbers against your own records before making business decisions with them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to this site or its products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
